Mr. Stofferahn has over thirty years of experience as an environmental consultant and regulator. Jeff has extensive experience in Superfund (CERCLA) and hazardous waste (RCRA) related projects, including, field investigations, site characterizations and extent-of-contamination investigations, environmental due diligence and compliance assessments related to real property transfer and financial transactions. Environmental and health-based risk assessment studies. Remedial feasibility, development and implementation of cleanup and risk management strategies for environmentally impaired (brownfield) properties and uncontrolled waste sites. Planning, management and technical oversight of remedial actions. Leaking underground tank assessments and closures. Management of solid and hazardous waste. RCRA permitting and closure. Storm water management. Emergency response to oil and hazardous waste spills. Contingency and spill planning. Regulatory compliance, including liaison with regulatory agencies. Regulatory inspections under solid and hazardous waste, and Clean Water Act regulations. Evidentiary investigations of illegal waste disposal operations.

Mr. Stofferahn earned his B.S. in BS, Zoology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. He is OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and supervisor certified, and has successfully completed the ISO 14000 Implementation/Internal Auditor Training.
